Donated Furniture To House New HUNTS Team and Help Deliver on Jobs For Nature Grant.
18 November 2021
Wellington based office of national law firm Chapman Tripp has kindly donated surplus corporate furniture to the New Zealand Deerstalkers Association to support our new HUNTS Staff to deliver on recreation and conservation outcomes.
Chapman Tripp has a Corporate Social Responsibilities Programme (CSR) that allows for these sorts of initiatives to happen. NZDA is lucky to have CEO Gwyn Thurlow, who personally facilitated the donation. Gwyn was at Chapman Tripp prior his move to NZDA in May 2020.
The furniture is set to house the new HUNTS team within the National Office in Thorndon, Wellington. It's a hallmark of NZDA's expansion.
NZDA and Gwyn Thurlow would like to thank Chapman Tripp for their support!
The office furniture will allow the team to focus on the delivery of their Jobs For Nature grant which seeks to train more hunters to safely, ethically and effectively hunt and harvest our valued big game animals across New Zealand.
