Terms and Conditions of Membership
When you apply for a membership, you accept NZDA's rules, constitution and guidelines and the specific conditions that apply to that membership type, and acknowledge that membership may not be granted at the discretion of NZDA.
Privacy Policy
We will keep all your personal information confidential. We will not sell or pass on any of your personal information to a third party without your permission. But, we will share your contact information between New Zealand Deerstalkers', NZDA Heritage Trust and NZDA HUNTS Trust, and your branch(es) so that we can continue to effectively provide our services to you and by submitting your application you authorise and consent to this information sharing.
NZDA may use members’ contact information in a privacy-safe way with trusted digital service providers (such as advertising platforms) to support communications, marketing, advocacy, and membership services. This may include the creation of anonymised or hashed audiences for advertising purposes. NZDA does not sell personal information, and such data is used only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
