With the 2026 General Election approaching, the Council of Licensed Firearms Owners (COLFO) has written to every registered political party asking them to respond to a set of clear questions on firearms policy. Every party was given the same briefing document and the same opportunity to respond, and several were also offered a spot on a live on COLFO's 'Digital Town Hall' to discuss their positions further.
COLFO has now published the responses it received in full, alongside a comparison table so licensed firearms owners can see where each party stands on issues that matter to the hunting and shooting community.
