We wish to thank Bill O’Leary, a member of the establishment committee, for his guidance, in preparing this information.
What follows is a 'guide' to the likely process from this point, for establishing the game animal council. Exact timing is very dependent on the reaction of the Minister of Conservation, and the Cabinet, to the report of the establishment committee. A probable process is recorded here so branches have an idea of the near future of this initiative.

Please note there will probably be more opportunities for public feedback, when draft bills which set out how the council will work, are referred to one or more select committees, for their second reading. You are likely to have a further chance to express your views on the actual ‘nuts and bolt’ of how the council will run, and what it should do, during select committee hearings.
Keep this in mind, and save your detailed views on operational matters, until that time, if you can.
